Aaron has a diverse practice focused primarily on real estate law and related matters. His real estate practice consists of representing buyers, sellers, developers and landlords with respect to commercial transactions. He also represents commercial landlords with respect to lease enforcement and collection issues, including litigation and unlawful detainer actions. Aaron maintains an active practice assisting new and expanding businesses in seeking and obtaining tax incentives from state, county and local governmental authorities. He also represents homeowner and condominium associations in multiple capacities, such as collections, compliance, litigation, and document review and drafting.
