Justin’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including the representation of buyers, sellers, developers and landlords with respect to the acquisition, sale, development, financing and leasing of real estate projects. His real estate practice also includes the representation of borrowers in conduit lending transactions and buyers and sellers acquiring and selling real estate assets via 1031 exchanges.

Notable Experience

  • Counsel for purchase, sale and financing of retail projects throughout the Southeast, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.
  • Counsel for developer of 61,000 square foot shopping center located in Madison County, Alabama.
  • Co-counsel for purchaser in acquisition of $33,000,000 mixed use project located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
  • Co-counsel for heavy equipment dealer in connection with development and acquisition of new facility via a reverse 1031 exchange.
  • Co-counsel for acquisition, financing and disposition of adjacent mixed-used properties in Palm Beach County, Florida, totaling approximately $55,000,000.
