DonovanFingar has extensive experience providing sound advice to the real estate development community as well as real estate investors.  We have been involved in the development, acquisition, disposition, and financing of office buildings, retail projects, mixed-use projects, along with industrial and warehouse facilities in Alabama and throughout the Southeast.

By getting involved early in the project, we assist our clients in the due diligence phase of determining a project's feasibility.  Our attorneys provide legal representation for the acquisition of disposition of a project, as well as advice concerning financing, construction, and development.  We have significant experience in IRC 1031 exchanges. 

We frequently provide advice and loan documentation with respect to mortgage-backed financings subject to subsequent securitization under various CMBS programs.
