Justin has over 20 years of commercial real estate and business law experience, with a focus on large-scale mixed-use, retail, multi-family and industrial development projects.  Justin has worked on numerous projects throughout the Southeast, representing buyers, sellers, investors, developers and landlords in the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of real estate projects.  Justin also has extensive experience assisting buyers and sellers acquiring and divesting real estate assets via 1031 exchanges and representing borrowers in lending transactions.
